How to use
Shake the sunscreen bottle well before use; apply 15 minutes before sun exposure (half a teaspoon on the face and chest; half a teaspoon for each arm and shoulder) to clean skin; reapply regularly (preferably every two hours) and generously to maintain high protection, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling off; rinse immediately if the product gets into the eyes.
